1. Consulting Services Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our consulting services, we offer refunds only in specific cases, outlined below:

• If you are not satisfied with the initial consultation, you may request a refund within 7 days of the consultation date.
• Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered beyond the initial consultation.
• Customized packages or long-term consulting engagements are non-refundable once work has begun, as these services require significant time and resources.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a scheduled consultation or service with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee or may not qualify for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
